Jobberman, Nigeria’s leading job search website, recently released a comprehensive report of the top 100 companies to work for in the country for the first time since 2016. We are excited to be included yet again in this list that also include several other multinationals and indigenous companies.

In 2016, we were ranked in the 63rd position. This time, we moved up a whopping 34 places to 29th on the list.

The report also includes a ranking by industry. For the ICT sector, Seamfix was ranked the 3rd best tech company to work for. A list that also includes Google and eventual number one, Andela.

However, we have come up with a little ranking of our own from this report and it gets us more excited as an indigenous company. Our conclusion is that Seamfix is the best solely indigenous ICT company to work for in the country.

Another year is in the works and we hope to do better on the next list.
