Discuss your project

A maintained product core for processes you cannot build casually.

Identity, biometrics, capture, workflow, integration, multi-tenancy and audit in one governed platform. Configure the common controls. Engineer only what is specific to your programme.
Current production release:Platform 17.4

A controlled product release, not a separate codebase for every client.

Configure, do not rebuild.

What already exists

  • Identity & authentication
  • Biometrics
  • Capture
  • Configurable forms
  • Review workflow
  • Multi-tenancy
  • Device control
  • APIs
  • Audit
  • Credential services

Reuse the trust controls. Engineer the programme.

What becomes programme-specific

  • Policy
  • User journey
  • Integrations
  • Data sources
  • Rules
  • Roles
  • Branding
  • Operating model

The trust layer underneath the service.

The Seamfix Platform is not a single front-end application. It is the reusable technology foundation behind Seamfix deployments. A programme can use the whole foundation or integrate selected capabilities beneath systems it already operates.

Current production release:Platform 17.4Layers can be adopted whole or beneath systems you already run.

Deployment band — programme-approved hosting and residency model

What this means for you.

Faster to first outcome.

Start from components already exercised in production rather than rebuilding identity and workflow foundations.

Less bespoke technology to own.

Keep programme-specific logic separate from the common platform core.

Better evidence.

Attribute actions to people, roles, devices and policies where the process requires it.

Change without starting over.

Evolve workflow and integrations on a maintained platform lifecycle.

A version number only matters if the product is governed.

Platform 17.4 is the current production release. It signals that the Platform is maintained as a product with controlled releases rather than frozen as project code. For each programme, Seamfix agrees the supported release, configuration, deployment path and upgrade approach as part of the technical and service design.

Release governance

  1. 1Maintained product core
  2. 2Programme-specific configuration kept separate
  3. 3Agreed release, deployment path and upgrade approach
  4. 4Support obligations defined by contract

Separate the recurring platform from the work required to make it yours.

  • Platform licence

    Recurring

Recurring right to use the agreed Platform deployment and capabilities for the production scope.

Recurring licence under the commercial agreement.

  • Implementation services

    One-off or milestone

Discovery, configuration, workflow engineering, integrations, data work, testing, deployment and training.

Fixed, milestone, outcome-based or T&M depending on scope.

  • Managed operations

    Optional, recurring

Agreed support, monitoring, DevOps, databases, incident management and continuous improvement.

    Optional recurring managed service.

  • Programme-variable services

    Variable, disclosed

Approved third-party, cloud, messaging, verification or similar variable services where applicable.

Disclosed in the proposal and contract rather than hidden.

Build what differentiates the programme. Reuse what every trust-critical process needs.

A custom build may still be right for unique policy or experience. The question is whether identity proofing, biometric controls, review queues, device governance, integration, audit and multi-tenancy also need to be recreated, secured and maintained from zero. The Platform exists to remove that repetition.

Platform-level proof.

All proof
Each case states the Platform capability a buyer can reasonably infer.
Government

170+ organisations operating on one governed identity ecosystem.

A central identity authority needed many licensed participants to enrol and serve citizens without fragmenting policy, data quality or oversight.

What this proves for your programme

A governed ecosystem can widen participation without the authority surrendering control of policy or evidence.

Capability you can infer: Multi-tenant governance, identity & authentication, device management, reporting & audit.

Telecommunications

Subscriber-registration remediation delivered inside a 10-day regulatory window.

A mobile operator was given a fixed regulatory deadline to bring subscriber registrations into line, while its network and sales channels had to keep operating.

What this proves for your programme

Seamfix can move identity infrastructure at national scale when a regulator, not the project plan, sets the timetable.

Capability you can infer: Capture anywhere, biometric services, device management, reporting & audit.

Government

A sovereign credential service reaching citizens in 68 countries.

Citizens living abroad needed to renew a passport without travelling home or depending on limited consular capacity.

What this proves for your programme

A government can extend a sovereign service internationally without moving authority away from the issuing institution.

Capability you can infer: Credential services, capture anywhere, review & approval, API & source integration.

Cases show capabilities a buyer can reasonably infer; they do not imply the same configuration ran in every programme.

Security & privacy.

Tenant, role, policy, device, audit and reporting controls form the governance layer. Hosting and residency follow the programme-approved model and are agreed per programme in the architecture and contract — never assumed.
