One governed agent identity across participating networks.

The Cross-Network Agent Governance Platform gives a telecom industry a shared trust layer for people performing high-risk agent-led actions across operators. It establishes one governed agent identity, central eligibility controls, SSO, biometric MFA and transaction attribution across approved workflows.

Before a high-risk action, the participating application asks. The platform returns the governed status and records evidence.

Evidence recorded

What the platform governs.

  • Agent uniqueness across participating networks.
  • Enrolment and identity proofing.
  • Approved, suspended, blacklisted and whitelisted status.
  • Operator-specific and industry-wide eligibility rules.
  • Role and application access.
  • Single sign-on to approved applications.
  • Biometric multi-factor assurance where required.
  • Lifecycle events and controlled re-entry.
  • Attribution of approved actions such as SIM registration, SIM swap, mobile-money and other governed transactions.
  • Shared audit and evidence subject to the industry governance model.

Fixiam governs the human. The Seamfix Platform governs the multi-operator workflow, policy, integration and evidence around that human.

For an operator

Keep your applications and operator policies. Use the shared layer to know that the person acting inside them is uniquely enrolled, currently eligible and strongly authenticated where policy requires it.

For a regulator or industry body

Create common agent-governance rules without turning every operator into a copy of the others. Central controls can cover uniqueness, market eligibility and industry sanctions while operator-specific permissions remain operator-specific.

Programme status: Seamfix is developing this model for the Nigerian telecom industry.

If agents can move across networks while their history cannot, discuss the governance model with us.
