As a leading local provider for business and process automation solutions in Nigeria, Seamfix Nigeria Limited has a proprietary solution called iTranscript.

The iTranscript service is the complete automation of the processes for transcript requests, results digitization and transcript processing in higher institutions. The key value derived is the enablement of alumni to make online requests and payment for transcripts from the convenience of their homes or offices, and having these transcripts delivered to any address of their choice, in the shortest possible time.

Currently present at leading Nigerian Universities, iTranscript offers Universities the flexibility, speed and operational efficiency they need by automating the entire transcript request and processing. Alumni of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, have particularly benefited from its great feature of online tracking. This lets alumni track their dispatched transcripts from the institution to its destination via the courier.

Also built into iTranscript is a verification platform “iVerification” that verifies alumni’s transcripts, certificates and statement of results.

In order to boost its capacity, the iTranscript team recently acquired a project vehicle. The need for this arose from the sensitive nature of academic materials (student’s records) being transported from the university’s records office to the iTranscript files digitization office.

The Truck (A Toyota Tundra) has been duly branded both for easy identification and security purposes around the University campus. The vehicle is equipped with a reinforced and highly secure cabin to doubly protect against damage.
