Where Talent Meets Opportunity.

NextGen Academy is a Seamfix Foundation initiative created to bridge the talent gap in Africa’s fast-evolving tech ecosystem.

It’s a fully-funded training program designed to equip, mentor, and place young professionals in high-impact technology roles.

The Academy isn’t just about coding — it’s about building the next generation of thinkers, builders, and leaders who will define Africa’s digital transformation.
